Privacy policy

What we collect

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get read and which features get used (calculator runs, shares, email signups). GA4 sets cookies and collects standard usage data. We do not see who you are.
• Email address: only if you type it into a signup form. We also record which page you signed up from (for example "electrician in Washington") so the emails we send you are actually relevant.
• Calculator inputs: the salary you type into career-switch mode stays in your browser. It is not sent to us or stored anywhere.

What we do with it

• Send you the emails you signed up for: a welcome breakdown and the weekly Trade Pay Report. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
• Emails are stored and sent through Resend, our email provider.
• Look at aggregate analytics to decide what to build next.

What we never do

• We never sell your email address or personal information. Period.
• We never share your contact information with schools, recruiters, or advertisers. If you click through to a school or program, what you share with them is between you and them (some of those links pay us a commission; see the disclosure page).

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any email, and you are gone from the list.
• Want your email deleted entirely, or have any privacy question? Write to brad@mail.estimationpro.ai and a real person handles it.
• Block cookies in your browser and the site works fine; we lose a pageview stat and life goes on.
